Scott Heim: Novelist, and a real little cutie.

Three friends gave me his first novel, “Mysterious Skin,” for a birthday present. Obviously a sign that this book should be read.

It has a very intriguing subplot about a UFO siting that is depicted creatively, and
I should know.

I enjoyed the book so much that I sent him a note, just because I do that kinda thing.

I love it when my work is noticed from out-of-the-blue. I believe in passing it on.

Scott told me I was his first fan letter.
